IAPSC Forensic Methodology — Court Accepted Framework

All forensic opinions are developed in strict accordance with the IAPSC Forensic Methodology (Rev. January 2025) — a consensus-based, peer-reviewed framework that has been reviewed and accepted by multiple Federal District Courts throughout the United States. 

The Five Phases:

Phase 1: Evidence Review & Synchronization. 

Phase 2: Security Risk Assessment. 

Phase 3: Threat Assessment. 

Phase 4: Vulnerability Assessment & Security Survey. 

Phase 5: Analysis & Opinions — culminating in a comprehensive, evidence-based written report to a reasonable degree of professional security certainty.

All forensic opinions are grounded solely in the evidence and the established Standard of Care. Mr. Nagele accepts retention by both plaintiff and defense counsel. His commitment to professional objectivity ensures that testimony remains credible, unbiased, and defensible under the most rigorous cross-examination.
