My career began with a difficult realization. After leaving high school in the 10th grade, I quickly learned in order to succeed, I had to outwork everyone around me. That lesson forged a relentless early work ethic which carried through a 20+ year career in the U.S. Army’s Military Police Corps—retiring as a Sergeant Major—and eventually earning dual Master’s degrees in 'Business & Organizational Security Management,' and 'Management & Leadership.'
Today, as the Principal & Founder of Nagele Security Advisors, LLC, utilizing 40+ years of military and security executive leadership, I help organizations navigate the space between peace of mind and crisis management.
I specialize in identifying subtle indicators that precede a crisis, allowing leaders to act before a situation becomes a headline.
